You can cancel at anytime from your account settings.  Due to the digital nature of our platform, refunds ARE NOT given for any reason. 

As a member your digital printable files will be on your dashboard.  It is your responsibility to store them for future use on your computer, google drive, etc..  We do not guarantee the storage of your files and once you have cancelled your membership you will lose access to all files at the end of your membership term. 

Digital files are for personal use only.  Files are not to be taught, shared, distributed, sold or claimed as your own.  You do not own the rights or licensing rights to the files or artwork.  We do permit your finished physical creations to be sold.  Files are not to be sold as physical kits.
